This is really a big fruad company I did 1 year in this company but they did not provide pf amount and when I asked about pf so they terminated me because salery date also about to come that's why they directly terminated.and only single person is running this fruad company he is Karthik aryan which is name is true or not .very bad experience.

It's a fake company doing scams with job seekers. They pretend to be a partner of Naukri.com but in reality they are just looting people in need of jobs ..they will create fake companies and also interview jobseekers for various positions and then they will ask selected candidates to do certifications from naukri learning (which isa duplicate to naukri.com created by these scammers) and will charge 50000-60000 rs for these certificates which are of no use. I joined this company as BDE and after completing my training I came to know about the scams they are doing...I then immediately quit this company. Now I am thinking to file a police complaint so that these scammers can be behind bars....Read More

There's nothing to like about this company Don't get fooled stay aware. It's a fake company and doing fake hiring. In the name of recruitment they ask you to work 10 hours in a stretch like bpo where you have to make calls back to back somedays the diled number goes upto 1k in a day...it's not normal to dial 1k numbers in a day

They are doing the fake hiring in the name of naukari and Kuwait Constructions. They made the associate to call te lead and forward their details to the Kuwait Constructions HR team...in the last round of interview they ask the candidates whether they are having any professional certification or not and in the name of PC they chargethe candidates 50k 60k...I feel pity on the candidates...the GM of this company is Saurabh dwivedi he is the most pathetic human I have ever seen in my life......Read More

Novafy is very bad company because they don't pay salary what they commit, they told me something and gave me very less salary. They make us work strictly from Monday to Saturday for 9.30-10 hours.if we cross 5 mins of idle time they deduct half day salary. Pathetic company to work with.
