Slow promotion, not getting recognised, if your working efficiently, if something went wrong, that is not taken in positive and work upon it. Work lifetime balance - not good, as an relationship manager you have to handle client and customer,which you get call anytime and have to support them. Salary - having a good experience, butthe salary is not been paid well. The HR Should look into it, if the experience candidate is hired so they should pay as atleast decent salary.
