NO HOMETOWN HQs - we all are given HQs away from our Hometown, I understand it's given for our development through learning in a different location and atmosphere away from home, like how you can't train a fighter or an army personnel at your hometown and keep it near your home.

Its a company in which real medical representatives are build up ,with proper learing to deal with doctors and enhancing our knowledge always and giving tough campaigns programme to prove ourself to get recognise.

To be very frank,i want more money in terms of salary,because we are not getting any extra thing. There should be some co curricular activities....so that specially reps should get attract in terms of working and mind relaxtion....
