The overall experience working at Nokia has been quite positive. The flexibility to manage personal and professional life, supportive cowerkers, and understanding line managers are definitely key factors in enjoying a workplace. Some good managers are there, that's why I am still surviving. But I love Telecom and no other company is good as Nokia.

Not good project and no support from the architect and it was like he doesn’t know anything. Lot of micromanagement is their also line manager is not supportive at all.
