I have an experience with Nokia at 10 years, Very good company, work culture was very good, Company policies are very good, but management team was very poor. My line manager never think about his employee. only think about his job. daily worked more than 16 hrs to 18 hrs. Saturday and Sunday was official holiday, but never enjoyed our holiday at 10 years of Nokia. I spent my 10 years at Nokia with my poor line manager. HR also same case, never disclosed our facilities which I can avail. HR never spent time with any below manager employees. But company HR policies was very good. When I left from Nokia after In housing of Vodafone Idea O&M team, HR never help us to relocate to any other places or any other domain....Read More
