If you are dont have skills, dont have knowledge you can survive by getting involved in politics. Because ,Your promotion and hike will depend on how you treat your manager not by your work/efforts

1. No job security, you can be terminated at any point without any proper reason. 2. 6 days working with 10-11working hours 3. HR Team will only listen to your manager’s concern not employees. If you say anythng against your manage with the HR team then within 2 months you will see hell loads of pressure which ll make you voluntary resign from company 4. Micromanagement with politics 5. Work cukture is similar to Byju’s since the company is unicorn now, they dont bother about employees mental health anymore. All they need is to make money. 6. Work Life balance - Forget about it 7.
