I should appreciate and thank the leadership team for processing the appraisal. Even though it was delayed by a month, happy to see that they have given a good increment for almost everyone (i heard from my friends).

Dislikes

While the delay in appraisal was informed, would be good if it was communicated well in advance rather than communicating just 1 or 2 days before the payroll. Most of them were expecting increments and have planned for the same. Not a complaint. Just an expectation from most of them. Not sure of what went at the leadership level.

Worst HR Team No value for hardworking employees What is the purpose of adding leaves for every month when u r not approving leaves. If anybody dies or any health problems in ur family bring their deadbody to office or else they wont believe. They will call hospital for confirmation. Give 200% efforts... at the end u won't get anysupport from them Joining in Nobleserve is like forget about ur family and ur health.
