Increment issue, after 1.5 year i did not get any increment ....no yearly bonous, that's why most of employee give resign...in last three month around 20 employees give resign....and offer latter not given by HR till after joining of 3 month......not value of degree.....and partiality....

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
