Salary gets delayed for 2 months and some times 3 months. Even a person earning Rs. 60,000 also works here just like a person earning Rs. 20,000 does. There is no salary hike. Even the contractors do not get paid on time. Whosoever knows it all, He also works as a data entry operator. Here, only two things we Used Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V that's it. There has no system.
