1. You need to work around 14 hours per day paying without extra money. They pay only to you 8 hours only extra hours they not give OT for management staffs. 2.The company don't need a quality department. The management mindset is, they can survive without quality department in the manufacturing industry and if you are a quality engineer they don't give respect to you. You are just work for close the customer complaints and salary also very poor. 3.PDI department totally under production control and operators run the machine without quality approval. 4. In my periods I do as a quality engineer (incoming,inprocess and final) , customer and supplier quality and Audit works also. They don't hire extra manpower for quality department. I am only person who manage the quality department in my period. 4. Even supplier and customer complaints also I need to solve it. But the management don't involve and they don't give hike. 5. If you go out any customer related issues they don't give any food allowance they give money only for petrol and just 100 for oragadam.they get money from you. Management peoples are MD relatives so they don't give respect to you. 6.Properly live documents not maintained.
