100% job security, great work culture, able leadership from top leading organization to all new level of success, policies are best among the glass industries, employees are covered under insurance, safety is a primary focus, customer is king but employee is an emperor! More to write but somewhere to stop!!! Feeling proud and NiproTised!!!

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
