Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is little slow. Managers (not all of them) do not value individuals skill. Proper knowledgeable and true experience managers is not there in some department. Sometimes I do not get proper assistance from seniors.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to work in design and development of the machine and products of the new factory of our organisation. Here, is no ready system to work. I had to go through the old drawings, analyse them and make drawings.
