Nothing to like. Worst organisation dealing with public, treat candidates very badly. Even no body is interested to do their work especially in Admin.

Dislikes

Only buttering personalities are there and no knowledge of work. Even don't know what to speak over phone or write a letter. Misbehaviour and rude behaviour is common. Attendance corruption is there. People mark Biometric Attendance and flew away from the office for whole day and in evening they again come to office and mark Biometric Attendance for full day. No body cares about this and no action taken by the BKL officers. The officers also involved in this attendance Corruption. On Saturday everyone flew from the office in the afternoon. Nobody cares about this and they mark manual attendance which is not correct. No body is here to check. People waste too much time in having smoking almost half an hour each 5 to 6 times a day. Fake Job openings and Creat Drama of taking interview publically there because they have decided in advance to whom will be appointed. Bribes given in advance and the selection team will be the same everytime. So don't waste your precious time here to visit and wait in long lines for interviews.
