Teammates were good, It was a good experience. I can rate it as avg.

Dislikes

The work environment is not conducive & the culture of partiality, not rewarding as per the caliber of an employee, feels like the hard work is wasted during the time of appraisals. The expectations from the employee is very high, where as the rewards are not matching the efforts which has been already put in. Overall it is avg. experience.
