Worst place to work, there is no job security, lack of career growth, salary increment done on not on the basis of quality of work but quality of Tessa boss... Those who always do gotigiri if boss they will get good salary increment... As I have personal experience with transerve..... They increased my salary 800/-.. they will terminate you when they required. If you get good opportunity they think about you otherwise ur value is zero.
