Mandatory work from office if you are on bench. Poor work life balance as they will tell you to work beyond 8 hours else you won’t get salary appraisal. Only 15 leaves available in the entire year, no separate sick leaves or wfh if you are unwell Only 5% appraisal even if you are working on a project and have good feedback from theclient<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Lot of office politics and 0 job security</mark>. I have seen many people forced to resign and get their last working day on the same date.
