A very good place for freshers to start with. You will have 100% job security with all the benefits like leave, insurance, epf etc as per govt. Norms. Company has got some very good leaders who can nurture the freshers in a most diplomatic way to make them ready for the company requirements. Good stress on training of employees on a regular basis. Nothing as such to dislike. Salaries are not as per industry standards. The only thing I had an issue. But its not a dislike.
