There is a lot to learn at this workplace, especially for the beginners. Many Japanese employees of the company also work along side you, this gives a good exposure.

Dislikes

The management somehow has unethically made a mandate for the employees of Production department to live in a nearby town and they are not allowed to reside at any other place. This confines the liberty of an employee to choose his desired place of living. Even if he denies the company conveyance and does it on his own, he is not allowed to. The engineers of production department are unjustifiably overburdened, also they are not even given a desk and chair to work. They either have to run all the day in the assembly line or just stand on the feet even if they need to work on the computer they just need to stand and do the same. This was a real struggle for me working there. Standing for straight 8-9 hours is a task in itself which reduces the capability by an immense level....Read More

I underwent a proper training. After completion, it was expected from me that I would be able to work at par levels than a beginner. Still, I struggled and somehow managed the learning. Also I was given chances to hold bigger responsibilities.
