Some Team leads, team members and manager are very supportive in upskilling .

Dislikes

All of HR department is worst there. Have zero quality of work ethics. No structure for salaries, freshers get more than that of someone 2 years experienced. Didn't had any projects for several months, laid off old employees and hired fresher ones .. just ridiculous. No job security at all Do not ever think to join.

Here is no sort of work life balance. Company does have policy of 5 day work but they setup meeting over the weekends as well. There is no defined work hours here at this organization it can go from any where from 12 hours (regular hours) to 15 16 hours a day. Most of the management and senior post employees are just family member and they works from US. Salary is just below average from the standards. There is no work life balance as the senior members reside in US so that always setup work and meeting based on there time zone and on an average the consultant spend 12 hours a day and some times even like 14 or 16 hours at least once or twice a month. Its been 4 year for me but I haven't seen single promotion. Since from Covid era they are struggling and struggling and even the salary hikes are very low considering the company profits year on year. There is no job security at all as they can just terminate you once the project is done. Skill development is a thing depending on you. There is no training or trainers available with this organization and even the Team leads and managers are not very much fond of helping newbie to get settle in.
