There are best working culture like as your boss or any senior person not abused you.And in this company employee job security has best ot other than all morbi's company.

Dislikes

There are some reason to dislike- 1-Not good increment 2-Mobile phone has restricted 3-Job 12 hour's 4-Junior tortured by some senior (like as Manish Mishra) 5-Quality control team have no any power so morality down. 6-This plant has been suffering from nepotism. 7-Very very Inequality in Hindi and South belt. 8-At increment time Boss's relative (Brother,Son, Brother-in-law etc.) has received more increment. 9-This company Incharge doesn't accountable for any problem only accountable Head of the Department. 10-Day or night shift for any problem Boss's relative not accountable only accountable another employee ....Read More
