Excellent work culture and work environment. Top Management is very transparent and supportive. Even in this pendamic situation employee get good salary increment as well as salary revision

I would say this the the best organization to work with in term of learnings, freedom to work,Motivational , it doesn't feel like you are going to office it feels like you going to second home. It is been 3 years in the company never felt demotivated always recognize the good work timely pay compensation during the tough times themanagement has always supported. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
