The workplace is fun and it is amazing to work with calm motivated minds. Management understands what is required to drive results and hence the incentive structure is the best in the recruitment world

Its not a dislike but just circumstances, the current work form home scenario is difficult, however we are hoping to get back to work asap

You have got your into a great teammates. The management really thinks you are a slave for them to make money. Policies change according to what the management thinks or decides. If you work hard they need you. If you don't they threaten to fire you. 12 leaves a year. No medical leave. 8 hours work. Will make you work overtime and no pay for extra hours. Its contract job and you have to sign a bond for 2 years or you won't get the certificates unless you pay 3 months salary. Don't even think about growth of your career, they are money minded people, please don't waste time in appplyinf for that job.mainly plays on contract ...not a employer friendly nature... Better to choose some other opportunities.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
