Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent company policies are good, problem with salary hike every year,but they offer a good bonus every year.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.Waiting for a good opportunity wherein I could brush up my skills.

Work Details

Interesting struggled at the beginning as I was unable vto speak the local language because of no co-ordination and co-operation from Teacher and parents,I was happy when I turned my teachers to be adjustable co-operative and built up my team .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
