I have been working at NeuroEquilibrium™ Diagnostic Systems Pvt Ltd for over 6 month, and I have had a great experience. The company culture is very positive and supportive, and I feel like I am part of a team that is working towards common goals. My manager and all staff is very supportive and always willing to help me learn and grow. I have also had the opportunity to work on some very interesting projects, and I have learned a lot in my time here. Every employee's responsibility should be clarified and get free to the technician to do the test, not to communicate to doctor for revenue generation which is the part of business development team.

Dislikes

Company dependency on technicians is too much to grow up. Overall contribution of every level of employees should be maintained carefully.
