Working in the organization after completing the training is the worst part. the middle management is more interested in playing politics rather than focusing on their job. If you dont bow to them then they will haunt you in your next company when it comes to HR Background verification. Giving negative remarks. Especially The project lead initials M.P. and the HR V.K.P.
