They use to say we'll teach you everything, we have many projects. We'll give you project to enhance your knowledge and skills but nothing is like that. And senior management only gives project to their close one or thier near by friends/colleagues. According to me, management is very poor.

If you dont bow to them then they will haunt you in your next company when it comes to HR Background verification. Giving negative remarks.
