No job security, 70 percent.of development team was laid off. No direction and secretive nature of working. One.of the worst leave policies ever, they ask you apply 14 days in advance and then deny it within 1 day saying you should follow up. HR says it's policy

As it is a product based company so work pressure is less and we have to implement new changes in the product. Sometimes it's a difficult task to implement changes in the previously written code because we have to think about other modules having dependency on it. Salary package for fresher is average.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
