Fixed salary component, few projects have work life balance

Dislikes

Too much dependency with immediate manager, HR is helpless, no regular hikes, no proper communication, no job security, few projects have zero work life balance

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Good exposure on the telecom Products.

Dislikes

People will be assigned 2-3 projects simultaneously everyone has to look after all projects and on top of that working in 3 shifts is a major hurdle and it will be stress and pressure on health.

Work Details

I can say work life balance is manageable if you get good team and manager.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
