It is best for networking fresher students as well as 10-15years experience in technical domain , networking domain, management domain. Good innovative company where you can learn more and more useful knowledge for your professional life. All team member, seniors, management staff, accounting staff are full support our collegue in Netcon family.

Still now I am working from 0ct 2016, as a networking fresher and appointed me as network engineer.Here I have gain lot of things regarding networking domain, project management, project coordination, team management skills, time management skills.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
