The institute offers enough freedom for its employees and enough opportunity for growth of individual teachers.

Dislikes

Compensation was good, at par with Govt engineering colleges in West Bengal. Presently we are lagging behind and career growth is not satisfactory.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
