This was my first company what a worst experienced here, nothing positive here , guys please think 100 time otherwise this will digester for your life. They provide salary 15 to 29 or may extend for next month.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive . Management is transparent . Company policies are good. If you have good quality & willing power to hard work then your appraisals are fair & they give good salary hike. There is no intrernal politics .

Wrork load is huge but pay is like peanuts, there is no salary structure, no HR policy, dont know if HR even exist because no one replies to mail sent to HR, If you can do good oiling then you are good if not you are bad..
