Management is worst and nobody will work more than year. Most of them will resign with in one month of joining. Recently RCM joining and resign in 40 days. I worked for 1.2 year and I saw 5 ACM's resign in my tenure no body is willing to join Neogrowth who knows about the company

To be very honest it is the worst company that you can be in, only join if you don't have any job in hand other wise don't join, management is extremely toxic.
