The colleagues are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

Poor company policies with no job security and deduct the salary even on small mistakes which doesn't allow the growth of the employee.

Work Details

There was no formal training session and employees were always under pressure of termination. I got a chance to work on variety of domains with the same team and manager which helped me increase my knowledge.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
