Bring a propertied firm some favouritism happens which affecting managerial positions, also being an outsourcing heavy firm the learning stops after a limit as the key aspects of design are thought of somewhere else.

Their are good type of projects with the org. One can get experience on marquee projects and good exposure. NS has got good processes in place and provides a comfortable environment so even if one isn’t very experienced he / she can pick up and become adept. One can do good work without getting stretched and disturbing home life.

Dislikes

Their is a issue with the culture where lot of times a good employee is overlooked and not given value due to the word of mouth feedback culture by people close to the management.
