Nothing much to say i liked working here. If you want to enjoy your life with low salary and lenient infrastructure, you could join this company and enjoy your presence🙂

Dislikes

There will be no reputation for what you work, also you'll not yet be trained well to work in this community. You'll be mistreated even though you work for your ability. Never give any compensation or try hard to avoid the salary hike or revision for the employees

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
