In the name of WFH they make us work more than 12 hours , and clients are so irresponsible that they ask to work on weekends. And Manager is also sometime does not help with that and never stood up for his/her employees. They charge 3-4 lacs per month from client and give salary of 30-40k only , even to senior employees which work very hard </mark>. Poor management, no accountability for employees personal time . Management should need to increase salaries and hold boundaries from work of Greedy clients on weekend. I got so stressed that I had to visit doctors for it and taking prescribed medications....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
