If you have skill, willing to learn then u can learn anything in JBM, managers are supportive too, i know one of them name MR. NAUSHAD ALAM , NEEL-6 GURUGRAM., he's the most capable manager in JBM tool room...under his guidance all of us learn alot and do best...he never give partiality among team..

Dislikes

Hr are not listening to your issues. If they listen then no action should be taken on that, they think they are boss of company, especially GURUGRAM plant HR (FROM 2018-21) . And no bus service for the employee who work in B and C shift.

Work Details

Work life is good, but 6days in a week make it difficult.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
