1. No work environment culture. 2. No parties, outings, festival celebrations, Diwali gifts, or employee-friendly policies. 3. Appraisal issue. 4. Not ready to explore technology. 5. Bad incentive policy, would suggest Sales guys not join the company as the company's CEO never retains anyone even if you are giving him good business. 6.
