1.payment delay labour and staff 3 month working one month salary given the company 2.No quality and safety maintenance. 3.No increment yearly 4.No promotion at 5 years candidate working person. 5.Holiday & Sunday leave not given management.

Managing director Mr. Ramesh as to change his strategy, should know company will grow only support labours and staff. Here there is no such ethics. Nor they pay staff r labors, take the works from labours 3 months and send out without praying. Again staff s as to search for new labor's.. if we resigned r get any offer . Md will not give good feed back. And since 2018 they have not given any settlement. Only entertain there old staffs ....Read More

Hr Mr. Suku, he feel like he as come from Mars planet, nor he have culture to lift employees calls. And to respond. Lot of staffs as put case for there settlement. Still they don't want to give.
