Whosoever has worked here, won't fail anywhere in the industry. Have a great opportunity to learn here. I'm working here since last more than 6 years in Operations. On the Ground Level, there has been a good supportive team in almost each and every department.

Dislikes

Besides lots of politics management has biased attitude. No appteciation of work and no carrer growth in accordece with the policy framework. Dissemination of related information is also to the least extent. MIS is also biased on local level making it a failure to send the right information to the corporate level and chairperson, who has always tried to make a culture.

I enjoy whatever and wherever I am in work with. I have a great learning experince here.
