Work environment is suportive and gives you space and time to improve yourself as a better professional. It is set far from the city hustle so even during the work hours, you feel relaxed and enthusiastic at the same time. Heaven for those who seek for work life balance in the busy life.

Dislikes

Eating options are limited but you can grab something from cafeteria. Perks are limited.

Teammates are good, Less politics, Good amount of autonomy in teaching process, Good for people who are looking to begin their carer in academics

Dislikes

Teaching load is bit on a higher side that doesn't give space for research and knowledge up gradation. There is no emphasis on career development. There are no standard salary scales; except a few individuals, nobody gets salary as per the UGC Scale. Low quality computers and IT facilities, no system for performance appraisal and promotion.

Earlier in the beginning of University it was working great. However with time things change a lot and the management got greedy. It's not at all aplace for career enthusiats.
