Very good coordination from team members. Management policies are good. Appraisals are comparatively better. Very good training programmes and supportive in inter personal development.

Integrity and transparency need to be improved. Job security based on the relation how you are maintaining with your seniors. It doesn’t depend on your capability or competency.
