The work pressure was very high. sometimes I attend client calls in the evening time.There was no on- job training for freshers , hence senior folks like me had to guide them step-by-step , which was a very painful sometimes.

No new ideas no new discussions only time pass is what employees do here.... Especially the management team do not execute their job roals...
