At every stage you will find politics people pulling your legs. Company will terminate you immediately without any intimation and notice period.

Culture is good but just for showing off. In reality it is different. People from different dept will never support you. Every one is busy in pulling your legs and showing off that they are doing good and you are doing nothing.

Work life balance and freedom to do your work. Very transparent culture. Good salary ranges while joining.

Appraisals are absolutely neglected. Rare promotions as very limited hierarchy is there. People are working for years on the same position / designation. No involvement of HR in any of these things and lack of policies.

Nothing to like. Pune plant is 3rd class organisation. No systems. Current plant manager drives the plant. Everyone dance on his fingertips.

Dislikes

They fired alot of persons for very small small reasons. They will give you good offer and will fire you anytime. Pune plant is driven by thoughts of plant Manager only irrespective of he is wrong or right.
