No increment / raise in salary is given since 6 years. Where as according to law, once an employee completes 5 years service tenure he/she should be regularised or atleast given increment

All hospital staffs and professors are friendly. Contractual services are paid average. Prior job notification are giving increment but no increment now.otherwise OK.

Most of the time of job period is spent in covid restrictions, recently new and old students are getting treatment and they are nicely managed.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

DThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.idn't come companies

NIT Warangal provides better growth opportunities if one shows better performance in teaching and research. Recently recruitments have resolved many issues faced by faculty in their promotions.

Dislikes

NIT Warangal is providing ample opportunities for an individual to get trained at national and international level through CPDA and other exchange programs. But main disadvantage is lack of group activity in research and development due to individuals craziness for obtaining academic grade points to be eligible for higher promotion.

Work in NITW- is hectic in nature because teachers are involved in research, both office and hostel administration, examination, admission activities apart from their regular teaching activities.
