You will get exposure to get working on national level project. Although, you learn and move on to other company. Valid for contractual staff.

The policies which isn't inclined towards contractual staff. This is also managed by ministry level. NIOT can't do anything on their own level. Also, seats can be managed for the regular post. Baised selection of candidates for regular post. Finance department doesn't know anything about the finance. They always want to deduct salary from staff employees.

There is a constant struggle if you are contractual staff while you keep on looking for jobs. 85% of regular staff doesn't know anything about the ocean. 15% of good staff are forced not to do any work by 85% people.
