They give appraisal after 5 months of cycle each year... Managment is too bed.There is no job security and no carrier growth ,They can fire on spot.They is no process of how to work..

Working culture are good but things I missed are 1) No documentation it is very difficult to understand about application 2) No proper training(about application), though training provided but not sufficient to understand application

I joined as SSE, I worked on developing (modifying existing based on requirement) rest services, we used Spring and hibernate for that, later on team lead responsibility provided to me. It was first time I handled a team, was good experience.

1. You have to handle criticism from Team leader and manager whole year. 2. At the time of appraisal they first delay appraisal and then don't do appraisal. 3. Their ideology is to work as per company need not to any tech specific and at last you don't have job security in the company plus if you have worked technology independent then you won't be able to switch job easily because you don't have in depth knowledge of a technology....Read More

Each and everything that comes under this company is worst. They will give you 15,000 and will expect work of 50,000. And they don't hesitate to insult you in front of whole organisation. If any there is any event in the company then you will have to decide to attend or not. they don't want employee to attend any event and if you wish to attend any event, they will insult you and will force you to join the work immediately. They supply worst food to nigh shift employees, and on the name of Office cabs, they will provide EECO(Non registered CNG car) and will take 9 members at a same time....Read More

Working with my manager Rakesh Verma was the best thing till date in my career. He is a gem of a person and everybody should get a chance to work with a person like Rakesh atleast once in their life.

The other management people are worst. Promotions are bad. Appraisals are bad. You are expected to just do some kind of magic overnight to meet their expectations.

So far the company felt good work culture wise for night shift employees they provide diner meal and cab for pickup and drop.

Dislikes

Company handels terminations extremely poorly, I have seen people get terminated just in 15 minutes without any prior notice or a formal warning. It was upsetting
