Since I have started working with NAS the first thing only I liked that is training,the training was excellent that I got from National Aviation Service. Working atmosphere is also good here but there is no scope in this company due to an increment

Dislikes

The one thing I dint like about it the smallest of smallest company gives bonus to their employees but NAS is not like that not even yearly increments.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Iam so happy that. There is a huge lounge. Everyone will be like that... Then company policies are good, they give good salaries... I can learn so many things from there....

I like to working there.. My ambition is to become a good staff in aviation industry, I will be prove it. Then I have some health issues, so I need a rest that time, I told my needs to company, they didn't accept and didn't give me a leave... I am dislike their action... So I was resign my job.
