The only plus point working with NSH is salary is paid punctuality on time every month.Staff welfare is very poor,food is absolutely junk with no choice of menu. To proceed on vacation is really impossible as the management does not approve and drag for 6 to 8 months for no genuine reason.To proceed on emergency leave requires 2 guarantors with deposit of money .
