As company it is good place to work, good environment and HR and other resourcing teams have very good response, having good pay and other allowances as well, have some flexibility as well based on some typical situations.

Weekend on-call is horrible working generally working more than 15 hours a day for every on-call , Team is playing many politics and not sharing proper knowledge as well as part of the KT sessions, micro management with manager and also finding some grammatical mistakes in mails and reply back with big mail, you will loose the confidence to work with this kind of teammates and manager, senior resources are not at all helping at least initial days in database team very hard to manage initial days and especially over weekend...Read More
